How do I configure a Tiering rule in Nutanix Files to move data to Impossible Cloud?

This article provides a guide to help Nutanix Files users set up a Tiering Policy that moves infrequently accessed data from a local Nutanix Files share to an Impossible Cloud Storage bucket

Overview

Organizations looking to optimize their local storage can benefit greatly from Nutanix Files Tiering. By offloading older or less frequently accessed data to Impossible Cloud, users free up valuable local resources while reducing costs compared to alternatives like AWS S3. This approach enables a more agile and cost-effective storage strategy - particularly valuable for environments with rapidly growing data volumes.
